Origin
Aaxis Holdings Group LLC was founded by a cybersecurity practitioner and active forex trader. The company exists because the tools in both fields — compliance workflows and trading journals — were built for demos and procurement decks, not for the people who actually use them eight hours a day.
Every product in the portfolio started the same way: frustration with an existing tool, a prototype that solved the immediate pain, and the realization that other practitioners had the exact same problem.
Thesis
Two verticals — cybersecurity and capital markets — connected by a single belief: the people doing high-stakes work deserve software that respects their workflow.
That means native applications, not browser tabs. Local data ownership, not cloud dependency. Depth over breadth. Opinions over options.
